Ideal Foundation is an initiative by Ideal Plastic Surgery dedicated to giving back to the community.
We focus on providing free medical care to those without access, donating medical equipment to hospitals in need, and supporting travel for medical treatment of children with orofacial conditions, such as cleft lip and cleft palate.
Additionally, we are committed to education, training healthcare professionals in other countries so they can offer quality services similar to those we provide at our clinic.

Dr. Pirko Maguina, board-certified plastic surgeon and Medical Director of Ideal Plastic Surgery, has built his career around a deep commitment to serving both his patients and the community.
Recognized for his medical excellence and compassionate care, he has dedicated his career to helping thousands of people restore confidence, well-being, and quality of life through specialized facial, body, and breast procedures.
His commitment extends beyond the operating room. He also supports social initiatives focused on expanding access to healthcare, assisting vulnerable communities, and promoting medical education as a tool for transformation.
Born in Germany and fluent in German, Spanish, and English, he represents a global vision of care grounded in empathy, excellence, and service.

As Founder and CEO of Ideal Plastic Surgery, he has led the growth of an organization focused on excellence, patient well-being, and the continuous development of its team.
